Debraj Mukherjee, is an accomplished entrepreneur with a distinguished background armed with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering & Quality Management from the National Institute of Information Technology, Debraj has honed his skills through diverse experiences, notably in Reprographics, Hospitality, and Real Estate Development within his family’s enterprises. In 2011 Debraj co-founded an IMFL Bottling Plant, generating prestigious brands like Officer’s Choice, Officer’s Choice Blue, and Old Monk under the banner of Alpine Distilleries (P) Ltd. Adding to his portfolio, in 2014, he pioneered a Country Spirit Bottling Unit, producing renowned brands such as Challenge No. 1 and Flora within the same organization. Recognizing gaps in the market, Debraj ventured into a Greenfield Grain ENA Distillation Plant with a Captive Co-generation Power Plant, a vision set to materialize for commercial production in December, 2020.
